Delivery pricing for all event rentals in Jamaica is based on two key factors — the proximity of your event location and the weight of the items being delivered. Base delivery costs by area are shown on our website and may be adjusted based on the size and weight of your order.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required on all event rental orders in Jamaica to process your booking and reserve your rental items and event date. The remaining balance is due on delivery. Any orders made via our rush policy will require an immediate full payment prior to the delivery date. This applies to all rentals including chair rental, table rental, tent rental, LED furniture, 360 photo booth rental and all other equipment.
We recommend booking your event rentals in Jamaica at least 1 to 2 weeks before your event to guarantee availability of your preferred items. We can accommodate bookings made 48 hours in advance subject to a rush fee, particularly during peak seasons such as holidays, Dream Weekend and special events. For larger events such as weddings, corporate functions or concerts requiring tent rental, multiple table rentals, LED furniture or 360 photo booth rental, we strongly suggest booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure everything you need.
All rental items including chairs, tables, tents, LED furniture, bar counters and 360 photo booth equipment are the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery to the time of collection by Headline Event Rentals. Any damaged or missing items will be charged at their full replacement value. We recommend handling all rental equipment with care and ensuring your venue is suitable for the items ordered. Our team is always available to advise on setup and care before your event.
Yes, changes to your event rental order in Jamaica can be accommodated subject to availability. Whether you need to add more chairs, upgrade your table rental, swap your tent size or include additional items like LED furniture or a 360 photo booth, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes made within 48 hours of your event date cannot be guaranteed due to logistics and delivery scheduling across Jamaica.
